Dr. Jennifer Grindstaff is a 2022 graduate of Michigan State University – College of Veterinary Medicine.
She is originally from Flushing, Mi which is a smaller town outside of Flint. She attended Mott Community College and the University of Michigan – Flint for her undergraduate degree before moving to East Lansing for Veterinary School. Dr. Grindstaff knew she wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 5 years old when she came home and told her mom she was going to be “an animal doctor”.
Dr. Grindstaff has always loved northern Michigan so upon graduation she moved to Traverse City to enjoy all the outdoor activities northern Michigan has to offer. Outside of work Dr. Grindstaff enjoys being outside exploring, hiking, biking, and spending time on the water. She shares her home with a golden retriever who accompanies her on all her adventures and a cat who enjoys staying at home.
